Export bookings, reports, and service-usage data to CSV for accountants, ad-hoc analysis, or import into other tools.
What you can export #
- Bookings — full booking records with status, dates, customer, provider, service, notes, payment data.
- Reports — aggregated revenue, bookings per service, conversion metrics.
- Services usage — service performance over time.
Where #
WP Admin → MyBookaro → Exports. Filter by date range, provider, service, status before exporting.
Audit log #
Every export is recorded: user, role, export type, purpose code/note, date range, filter JSON, row count, IP, user agent. Audit table: {prefix}bookaro_export_log.
Why: GDPR/SOC-style compliance — you have a record of every customer-data export including the stated purpose.
Purpose code #
The export form asks for a purpose code. Configurable categories like “monthly accounting,” “support investigation,” “GDPR request.” Required for the audit log.
Retention #
Audit log retention period configurable in Settings → Exports. Default: 18 months. Auto-purge runs on cron.
Per-provider visibility #
Providers can export their own bookings from the Provider Dashboard. Site-wide exports require manage_options.
