The Customer Dashboard is where end users see their booking history and manage upcoming bookings.
Place it #
[bookaro_customer_dashboard] shortcode or the matching block. Should be on a logged-in-only page.
Sections #
- Upcoming — bookings in the future. Cancel or reschedule (subject to windows).
- Past — completed/cancelled bookings.
- Profile — name, contact info, preferences.
- Chat (Pro, on Generic Directory + Single Business lanes) — booking-scoped conversations with the provider/staff.
Anonymous bookings #
By default, customers can book without registering. They get an email with a magic-link token to view their booking. The customer dashboard requires a logged-in WP account; anonymous customers manage via email links.
WooCommerce My Account mode #
If WooCommerce is active, the customer dashboard can integrate as a My Account tab. Customers see their bookings alongside their orders.
