Site owners and admins manage all bookings across all providers from a single admin screen.

WP Admin → MyBookaro → Bookings.
What you can do #
- Filter by status, provider, customer, date range.
- Bulk update status (approve, reject, cancel, mark completed).
- Edit individual bookings: change times, swap services, edit customer info, add internal notes.
- View notification log (which emails sent, which failed).
- Export to CSV (Pro).
Capabilities #
By default, requires manage_options. Filter bookaro_settings_register_tabs and capability checks to delegate to other roles (e.g., shop_manager for WooCommerce-style admins).
Ownership semantics #
“Owner” in MyBookaro context = the site admin / shop manager. Distinct from “provider” (the bookable user) and “customer” (the booker). Pro adds “staff” — providers’ delegated assistants.
