The Provider Dashboard is where bookable users (providers) manage their own work: bookings, availability, services.
Place it #
Use the [bookaro_provider_dashboard] shortcode or the matching block on a logged-in-only page.
Sections #
- Bookings — pending / upcoming / past. Approve, reject, cancel, reschedule, add notes.
- Calendar — month/week view of bookings + exceptions. Click a date to add an exception.
- Availability — weekly hours and timeslot interval.
- Services — add/edit/remove (Provider Only or Hybrid model).
- Profile — name, photo, bio, contact info.
- Settings — auto-approval override, notification preferences.
- Staff (Pro) — manage staff roster.
- Chat (Pro) — booking-scoped conversations.
- Calendar Sync (Pro) — Google + iCal connection.
Permissions #
Only the logged-in provider sees their own data. The dashboard rejects requests for other providers’ data through capability checks.
WooCommerce My Account mode #
When WooCommerce is active, the dashboard can render inside My Account as endpoints rather than a standalone page. Configure under Settings → Appearance.
Customizing #
The dashboard is a Vue 3 single-page app. To customize labels and copy, use the bookaro_admin_settings_theme filter and translation files. For deep customization, fork the build (see Reference → Frontend build).
