Pro adds an Overview & Ops view with KPIs, time-series charts, and top-services rankings.
What you see #
- Overview cards — total bookings, revenue, conversion rate, cancellation rate, no-show rate.
- Bookings per day — time-series chart with selectable date range and granularity (day / week / month).
- Top services — ranked by frequency or revenue, configurable limit.
- Provider performance — bookings + revenue per provider.
Date range filters #
Last 7 / 30 / 90 days, this month, last month, year-to-date, custom range. Default range is configurable in Settings → Analytics.
KPI visibility #
Each KPI can be hidden site-wide if it’s not relevant to your business (e.g. you don’t track cancellation rate). Settings → Analytics → KPI visibility.
Where to find it #
WP Admin → MyBookaro → Reports. Provider-scoped views in the Provider Dashboard.

Provider-only records #
Bookings with listing_id = 0 (Single Business) render with stable provider/business labels, never blank — important when reviewing reports across mixed lanes.
