System Status is your one-stop diagnostic. Run it before launch and any time something feels off.
Where #
WP Admin → MyBookaro → System Status.
What it checks #
- WordPress version vs minimum required.
- PHP version vs minimum required.
- Active lane + lane blueprint summary.
- Lane-specific configuration: provider mapping, services model, placement model, required pages.
- Database table presence + schema version.
- WP-Cron health (last run, scheduled events).
- Email send test status.
- WooCommerce integration (Pro Payments).
- Google Calendar connection (Pro).
- Twilio / SMS provider connection (Pro).
- Webhook endpoint test (Pro).
- License status (Pro).
- Repeater class detection (MyListing lane).
- Default Provider assignment (Single Business lane).
Pass / Warn / Fail #
Each check returns one of three states. Failures block launch readiness; warnings are advisory.
Masked support snapshot #
Click Copy support snapshot to copy a redacted JSON blob with version info, lane configuration, and check results — but no customer PII. Paste it into a support ticket.
Support Bundle JSON #
Deeper diagnostics? Click Download Support Bundle JSON. This includes more detail (recent log entries, db schema dump, recent failed deliveries). Treat the file as sensitive — it may include partial customer data depending on context.
