Most-asked support questions and how to resolve them.
Booking form doesn’t appear #
- MyListing lane: confirm repeater Row CSS Class is
mybookaro_services; confirm listings have repeater rows; verify Integration Mode in Settings. - Generic Directory: confirm listing post type is set; confirm the page actually has the shortcode/block; check System Status for placement warnings.
- Single Business: confirm Default Provider is set; confirm the booking page has
[bookaro_booking_form].
No timeslots available #
- Provider weekly hours not set — open Provider Dashboard → Availability.
- Date is past Maximum window or before Minimum notice — adjust in Settings → General.
- Buffer is wider than the slot interval — reduce buffer.
- An exception is closing the date — Provider Dashboard → Calendar.
Emails not sending #
- Check Logs → Notification Log for the failure reason.
- Verify WP can send mail at all (try a test plugin).
- Install a transactional email plugin (WP Mail SMTP, etc.).
- Confirm the template is enabled in Settings → Notifications.
Pro features not visible #
- License inactive or expired — visit MyBookaro → License.
- License API unreachable — confirm outbound HTTPS to
mybookaro.com. - Pro plugin not activated — Plugins → Activate.
Google Calendar not syncing #
- OAuth tokens expired — Settings → Calendar will prompt the provider to reconnect.
- Scope changed in a new release — providers see “reconnect required” prompt.
- Outbound HTTPS to Google blocked — check System Status.
iCal feed empty #
- Wrong user_id or key in the URL — refresh the key from Provider Dashboard.
- Hit rate limit (HTTP 429) — wait + try again; subscribe with reasonable refresh interval.
Webhooks not delivering #
- Check Settings → Automation → last failure timestamp + error.
- Confirm endpoint URL is reachable from the server (not just your laptop).
- Endpoint must respond 2xx within timeout to count as success.
- After 5 retries the event is dropped — check the log for what was missed.
Booking shows “Resource label unavailable” #
Means a fallback label was used because the listing/provider couldn’t be resolved. Common cause: the listing post was deleted but the booking still references it. Edit the booking to a valid resource.
