Can each therapist set their own availability?
Yes. The provider dashboard (included in Lite) lets each therapist set weekly hours, date exceptions for personal days, and per-service buffer time. No admin involvement needed.
How does it handle a therapist calling in sick last minute?
The provider can block out the day from their dashboard. Existing bookings for that day surface in admin with a “needs reassignment” status; reassign to another therapist with one click or trigger a customer-side reschedule flow.
Can clients pick a specific therapist or just request the next available?
Both. The booking modal offers a “Choose therapist” dropdown plus an “Any available” option that routes to whoever has the earliest matching slot.
Does it work with a salon-style "walk-in welcome" model?
