What does Pro add over Lite?

Pro adds WooCommerce checkout payments, Google Calendar + iCal sync, booking chat for Generic Directory and Single Business lanes, SMS notifications via Twilio, webhooks, reports, CSV exports with audit log, Staff roster management, and custom forms.

Is the booking chat the same on every lane?

No. MyListing Directory uses native MyListing messaging. Generic Directory and Single Business lanes use MyBookaro internal chat (active, valid Pro license required).

Do payments charge the full booking amount or a deposit?

Current WooCommerce checkout flows charge the full booking amount. Deposit-style settings in current releases are payout-split settings (website share / provider share), not partial-capture deposits.

One license per site. Renew annually. No surprise charges.

Purchase a Pro license from this site. $99 per year, per site. One-time annual renewal.

2. Activate

Receive your license key by email. Paste it into WP Admin → MyBookaro → License and click Activate.

3. Renew when you're ready

Your license auto-flips to expired after 365 days. Renewal is one click. Lite always keeps working — only Pro features pause if the license lapses.

What does Pro add that Lite doesn't?

Pro adds five capability layers on top of Lite: payments (Stripe via WooCommerce), calendar sync (Google Calendar + iCal), messaging (SMS reminders + booking chat + webhooks), reporting (booking volume + revenue exports), and operations (staff workflows + provider profile customization). Lite is the booking foundation — requests, availability, dashboards, and the three site-model lanes.

How is the license activated?

Buy Pro on this site. You receive the license key by email immediately after payment. In WP Admin → MyBookaro → License, paste the key and click Activate. Pro features become available across the plugin.

Can I use one license on multiple sites?

No. One license activates one site. If you run multiple sites, you need a license per site. Bulk licenses are not currently available.

What happens when my license expires?

Lite keeps working — bookings, dashboards, providers, customers, lanes — none of it is affected. Pro premium modules (payments, calendar sync, messaging, reporting) stop booting until the license is valid again. Your data stays intact. Renew the license and Pro features come back online.

Is there a refund policy?

14-day money-back guarantee on your first Pro purchase, no questions asked. Renewal payments have a 7-day grace window. The full policy is at /refund-and-returns-policy/.

Does Pro require WooCommerce?

Only the payment-related Pro flows require WooCommerce. Calendar sync, messaging, reporting, and operations all work without WooCommerce installed. If you’re not selling bookings, you can run Pro without WooCommerce at all.
