Availability is the foundation of timeslot generation. Without availability, no slots exist for customers to book.
Where to set it #
Provider Dashboard → Availability tab. Each provider manages their own.
Weekly hours #
- For each weekday (Mon–Sun), toggle Open or Closed.
- For open days, define one or more time ranges (for example 09:00–12:00 and 13:00–17:00).
Time slot interval #
The interval in minutes determines how often a new bookable slot starts. A 60-minute service with a 30-minute interval gives slots at 09:00, 09:30, 10:00, etc. (overlapping checks prevent double-booking).
Buffer minutes #
Set a buffer in Settings → General. After every booking, the next slot is delayed by this many minutes. Useful for cleanup, travel, or notes.
Booking windows #
- Minimum notice — how soon before a slot a customer can still book (e.g. 24 hours).
- Maximum window — how far in the future a customer can book (e.g. 60 days).
Storage #
Weekly hours live in {prefix}bookaro_provider_availability; timeslot templates in {prefix}bookaro_provider_timeslots. Both are keyed by provider_id.
